While at CP+B, we worked to turn Best Buy from a stodgy big-box retailer into a cutting edge technology company. Repeatedly creating apps and executions that worked to keep them competitive and relevant amongst online retailers.


 BEST BUY TWELPFORCE

Twelpforce was the first time a big-box retailer was able to engage in meaningful and personal conversations withe their audience. It helped establish the Blue Shirts as true technology experts. And won the agency its first Titanium Grand Prix.

BEST BUY MOVIE MODE

The movie Despicable Me was about to premiere, and Illumination Studios wanted to partner with Best Buy to do something cutting edge. We delivered Movie Mode -- an iphone app that translated the cutesy gibberish the Minions spoke into actual language.

BEST BUY HINT HELPER

The Hint Helper was a holiday initiative that actually let you create a banner ad that would only appear on the machine of the person who needed a hint from you. It was such a hit, Jimmy Kimmel even spoofed it on his show.
